Good Values!!

Reflection: I agree with this quote that Dennis has stated. I think that he is saying that making good values is really important because having good values is having a good self esteem. This means that is you have bad values then you will not be a good person. Some good values I have is that I am very polite to people I am a caring person because I care about others and I love seeing people smile. If I see someone sad then I try to help them feel better for what ever cause it is. Everyone should have good values.
After I watched the video that Dennis talked in I saw that having good values really is important. He should us a good example like, if your dog was drowning and there was a stranger drowning too he asked who would you save, he stated that the way you feel about your dog is nothing much compared to a human being because it is more valuable than an animals life. Another example is choosing to eat correctly, many people love junk food but if you actually think about it the junk food can get you obese but if you eat healthy like salads then you could have more strength to do exercise and live a health life.
